Customer Service Specialist
Megan joined the Kress Financial team in November 2011. She was quickly promoted to the Customer Service Specialist position. Megan is traditionally the first person clients speak with when calling in, and she enjoys assisting clients with a broad range of service needs. She maintains office efficiency by planning the weekly schedule and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
Megan is a life long Erie resident and attended Penn State Behrend after graduating from Iroquois High School. Megan completed the requirements to obtain her notary license in September 2012. Outside of Kress Financial Megan enjoys spending time with her husband Dan and their children, Tessa and Colton.
